In order to confirm your reserved spot(s) on the boat, course or excursion, a credit card number must be on file. Your card will not be charged until you arrive. However, the following terms and conditions will apply to your reservation:
- If you cancel 48 hrs or more prior to your departure or course time, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 48-12 hrs prior to your departure or course time, you are responsible for 50% (1/2) of your reservation fee.
- If you are a no call / no show or cancel either the morning of or 12 hours prior to departure or course time, you are then responsible for your entire reservation fee and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Please Note: If you are booking an excursion, you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the provider of the excursion, which may be more restrictive than ours.
If WE cancel you are not responsible for any fees.
Please understand that once you have a confirmed reservation, we may be turning down services to other customers to hold your spot. Think of it as reserving a room at a hotel to guarantee a late arrival - you would expect your room to be there and for the hotel not to give the spot to someone else :-)
At the same time, we understand that travel plans change, weather happens, and planes and ships can be late - if you can't make it through no fault of your own, just give us a call and we'll adjust or cancel your reservation.
